Most teenagers apply at jobs they know. Retail and grocery stores get 100 applications a month. If you go to office buildings and industrial areas and offer to do “office work”, you might have a better chance of finding a job this summer. Just go to any office building and introduce yourself at each office. Only fill out an application if they say they have an opening. If not, keep going to the next place.

I have applied for numerous shops and supermarkets and fastfood places and cofee shops- I haven’t even managed to get a single interview

Hotels, local hospitals, failing that sign up with a job agency & let them do the looking around for you, they may even have something suitable already on their books.
N.B. You should not pay for this service, agencies earn their money from the people that employ you!
